1- Publishing "traffic laws" in a simple language as well as the legislations and regulations and issuing a "Palestinian Traffic Guide".

2-Rassing traffic awareness in schools through conducting training courses and summer camps and forming voluntary traffic teams.

3- Preparing educational material, films, and documentaries that aim at increasing the awareness of road and environment safety.

4- Establishing a database, a specialized public library and issuing a magazine that focuses on road and environment safety.

5- Conducting studies on Israeli by-pass roads with respect to their location, length, width, hazards and the Israeli policy with respect to the security, political, geographical and economic aspects and defining their hazardous impacts on the Palestinian rural communities.

6- Issuing a guide for medical service for road accidents and a framework for following up such issues.

7- Preparing a study on the means of transport in Palestine, including the number of vehicles, their types, sizes, types of fuel, vehicle manufacturing data and maintenance in spite of the international recognized standards and defining the standards that correlated with the Palestinian situation and working to develop them.

8-Studying the effects of vehicles damages on the environmental considering the maintenance, disposal spare parts etc... and how to deal with them.

9- Studying and addressing the impacts of noise on the environment and humans.
